We’ll take 1-3 exterior photos of every package received for free - we want you to be able to see exactly what was delivered.
You may also request additional photos, for $3 per photo for Free membership and $2 per photo for Premium and VIP members. This service gives you detailed and close-up photos of the items that are in the package. We can take a photo of the invoice or packing list (if it's included). Also, photos of clothing labels so that you may verify that the correct sizes were shipped. This is also for electronics, such as model numbers and IMEI numbers.
We take photos based on our best judgment. If you have a specific request, please tell us in detail what you require.
