If you encounter this status, we recommend that you reach out to your chosen courier service.

Politely request them to schedule the delivery from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM, with the exception of U.S. holidays. This will ensure that your package arrives when our facilities are open to receive it.

Rest assured, if you're unable to make these adjustments, your package will not be left stranded. Your courier service will make attempts to redeliver your package at a later date or time.
